An IPTV M3U playlist is a text list of stream URLs. Many apps let you paste an M3U URL or upload a local .m3u/.m3u8 file.
If channels fail, the link may be expired, your IP blocked, or the player cache is stale—refresh the playlist and restart the app.
Some providers prefer Xtream Codes over raw M3U for EPG and VOD categories; both can work depending on your panel.
